🌟💙 A Lovely Evening Celebrating Our Volunteers 💙🌟
This month we had the pleasure of bringing our amazing Lee’s Place volunteers together for a small celebration to say a huge thank you for everything they do. So we hired a hall, brought in some food and got creative.
Our volunteers are incredible people who give their time, energy and compassion week after week to support our homeless guests, and it was wonderful to spend an evening simply enjoying each other’s company.
Our pot painting activity, led by the brilliant Georgie from Studio Keepsakes, brought out some fantastic artistic talent (and plenty of laughs along the way!). The results were colourful, unique and full of personality — much like the volunteers themselves.
It was a relaxed, joyful evening filled with conversation, creativity and appreciation for the people who make Lee’s Place possible.
