Over recent years, our work has broadened, and has included networks of local voluntary organisations as well as the public. We discovered a new passion and an opportunity for us to bring together and drive change across all the different partners that make up a community, including statutory organisations, grass roots community groups, established institutions and residents.

Community Power will continue to deliver the statutory Healthwatch work but will also encompass our growing community work.

Community Power’s purpose is to empower and enable our communities to reach their potential, understanding and reducing health inequalities and celebrating diversity and inclusion.

We will work across all partners to come together and collaborate with health, local government, business and the Voluntary, Community, Faith and Social Enterprise sector.
